Need to Know

👉 Decoration Setup Time: 2 Hrs
👉 Transport: Free in tri-city
👉 We will use paper tape to stick the balloons on the roof so that there won’t be any damage for wall painting.
👉 Please arrange a stool or ladder for the decorator to reach the ceiling
👉 Surge is applied for same day bookings.
👉 Balloon color, & any other personal preferences will be taken after your booking.

Cancellation Policy :

72 hours or more before an experience: Cancellation with 90% refund
72 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 80% refund
Within 24 hours before an Experience: Cancellation with no refund.

Blackout Days – 13^th & 14^th Feb (Valentine Days), Friendship Day, 31^{st Dec} & 1^{st Jan} (New Year)

Reschedule Policy :

Before 24 hours from date & time of experience: Rescheduling fee is 20% of package price.
Within 24 hours from the date & time of experience : No Rescheduling.
